Dr. Pitt received a B.A. in English Literature and minored in European history from the University of Montana, in Missoula. He attended Ross University School of Medicine, and completed residency at The University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxivlle, and then an Emergency Medicine Fellowship at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Dr. Pitt is met his wife in Nashville, and they have three children. Dr. Pitt enjoys creative writing, running, fly fishing, jazz, playing the piano, and any outdoor activity, especially if it is Colorado or Montana. Within the field of Emergency Medicine, he is interested in Sepsis, procedures, cardiac emergencies, and airway, also mentoring in medicine.
