Dr. Nora McNulty grew up in Queens, New York. She earned her medical degree from the City University of New York School of Medicine in 2020 as part of their inaugural class. Following medical school, she completed her residency in the Jacobi Medical Center and Montefiore Medical Center emergency departments, two Bronx hospitals recognized among the busiest in the United States.

During her residency, Dr. McNulty was honored with the Intern of the Year and Physician of the Year Awards by her peers. She also served as chief resident, personally designing the weekly conference curriculum and organizing unique conference experiences to engage residents in multiple modalities including simulation, friendly competition, and cadaver lab procedural training sessions. Inspired by her residency experience, Dr. McNulty’s focus in fellowship is to continue developing compelling, innovative learning experiences. She aspires to train the next generation of emotionally intelligent, well-rounded physicians by creating educational opportunities that challenge learners' medical knowledge and enhance their interpersonal skills.
