Dr. Bull was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina, where she completed her undergraduate studies at Duke University, majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry and English. For her graduate studies she attended NC State University to receive her Masters in Physiology. She then moved to Saint Louis, Missouri and obtained her medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Following Emergency Medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, she completed her Fellowship in Advanced Emergency Ultrasound at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She joined Vanderbilt as an assistant profession and clinical ultrasound faculty in August 2024.
Dr. Bull’s interests include Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS), regional anesthesia, gamification of medical education, mobile application development, community service and outreach, health equity, and global health.
