Dr. Charles Lei received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed his residency training at the Stanford/Kaiser Emergency Medicine Residency Program, where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed a fellowship in Emergency Medicine Simulation at Stanford. Dr. Lei currently serves as the Simulation Fellowship Director and Assistant Director of Undergraduate Medical Education in the Department of Emergency Medicine. His academic interests include simulation, resident and medical student education, curriculum development, and quality improvement. He enjoys traveling, being outdoors, playing Ultimate, and spending time with his family.
