
Dr. Charles Lei received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed his residency training at the Stanford/Kaiser Emergency Medicine Residency Program, where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed a fellowship in Emergency Medicine Simulation at Stanford. Dr. Lei currently serves as Director of the Simulation Division in the Department of Emergency Medicine and Assistant Dean for Simulation in Medical Education at the School of Medicine. His academic interests include healthcare simulation, medical education at all stages, curriculum development, teamwork training, and quality improvement.
