Casey Distaso is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed emergency medicine residency at University of Chicago. Upon completion of residency, he joined the Vanderbilt community as a Clinical Informatics Fellow in the Department of Biomedical Informatics and as a Clinical Instructor of Emergency Medicine in the Emergency Department. His professional interests include improving access to healthcare, technologic innovation, electronic health record usability, and reducing physician cognitive burden.
