William-May "Bo" Stubblefield, MD, MPH joined the faculty in August of 2019. Dr. Stubblefield is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at LSU's Spirit of Charity Residency in New Orleans, Louisiana and is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine. He completed his training as a T32 research fellow under the mentorship of Wesley Self, MD, MPH. Dr. Stubblefield's research focuses on venous thromboembolic disease. He is interested in risk-stratification and prognostic biomarkers for the diagnosis and treatment of acute pulmonary embolism.
