Dr. Aubri Charnigo grew up in Reading, Pennsylvania. She completed her medical degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and her emergency medicine residency at The Ohio State University. She completed fellowship training in Wilderness and Austere Medicine at The Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. Her wilderness medicine training includes a Fellowship in the Academy of Wilderness Medicine (FAWM) and a Diploma in Mountain Medicine (DiMM). Her professional interests include wilderness medicine, mountain medicine, and medical education. She is an active member of the Wilderness Medical Society (WMS) and leads the WMS Book Club. She lives in Nashville and her hobbies including rock climbing, running, hiking, paddling & travel.
