Dr. Andrew Johnson is a graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at Naval Medical Center San Diego. Dr. Johnson then went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at the University of Utah. Prior to joining Vanderbilt, he served in the United States Navy with a focus on hyperbaric/dive medicine, humanitarian/disaster relief missions; and in support of the United States Marines in Afghanistan.
