Why did you choose VUMC Emergency Medicine?
After rotating at the program last summer, I felt the paired clinical and didactic training was unmatched across the country. At the interview dinner, I spent time with residents and their spouses and children and felt it was a tight-knit community. We have family and friends in Nashville as well and were excited to return to such a vibrant and growing city.

Still exploring options and leaving all paths open, though I am currently interested in eventually helping to grow other residents and programs in a teaching and leadership role.

My husband and I own a food truck - The Cluck Truck PDX (now in Nashville).
