Good balance between education and high patient acuity

Process improvement, education, and administration.
What would you be doing if you weren't doing Emergency Medicine?
Perhaps culinary school, but EM is 100% where I belong in the medical world.

Likely after residency/fellowship, I see myself starting in an academic institution and then branching to a community.
What's a random fact about you?
I started smoking meat (on a Big Green Egg) over the past year, and my brisket/ribs are now almost restaurant quality.
