Investigators have not ruled out criminal activity as the cause of a massive explosion at a fertilizer plant that killed at least 14 people and flattened part of a tiny Texas town, two officials familiar with the findings said Thursday.

Medical Helicopter Crash Flight Crew to be Honored at Future Memorial Site in Illinois

The fallen flight crew that died in a December REACT helicopter crash will be honored on a Rockford, Ill. emergency responders memorial that will now list 25.

The former REACT helicopter was an American Eurocopter MBBK 117 A3 with a cruising airspeed of 131 mph and a maximum speed of 160 mph. Its maximum range was 390 miles, and it could stay aloft for two hours and 15 minutes. The aircraft carried a pilot and two critical-care trained and certified nurses and could transport two patients from an accident scene if needed.
