Background

Dr. Fiechtl graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Medicine in Memphis. After spending almost 2 years in an Orthopaedic Surgery program, he completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Carolinas Medical Center, serving one year as a chief resident. His academic interests include administrative roles, ultrasound, orthopaedics and airway education. On a personal level, he and his wife enjoy spending time with their two boys.
