Background

Dr. Thurman's medical interests include acute ischemic stroke care and environmental emergencies. He serves as ead coach of emergency medicine residency co-ed football and softball teams and is a currently member of Nashville A's amateur baseball team. Dr. Thurman has finished 4 marathons, was a Eagle Scout, and was a member of 1989 McDonald's All-American High School Band.
