Joshua Keckley ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) is the Director of Creative Media for the Department of Emergency Medicine at Vanderbilt. He began his time at Vanderbilt as a Web Designer and Developer in September of 2008 and made the transition to director in March of 2010. His responsibilities include creation and maintenance of web properties, digital animation (2D and 3D) for video and marketing, graphic design creation, and technological strategy consultation.

Before coming to Vanderbilt, Joshua was the web director for a production company called Orbit Media group, the founder of design firm ‘88three’, and a digital animator for several children’s programs. Josh has spent time on the music-side of the creative world, writing and producing musical pieces for use in film and television as well.

Since 2008, emergencymedicine.mc.vanderbilt.edu has increased in unique visitors by over 500% as well as being recognized on web magnets: patterntap.com, and bestofvideosites.com as influential work.
